Gift personalisation can be done with any of our bespoke boxes. Due to the personalised nature of these boxes it makes them non-resaleable. This means there is a no returns policy. Also a 50% deposit is required (non-refundable)
As you will be updated regularly with pictures from all aspects of the commision, there is no grounds for you to reject the box once completed. (The outstanding balance must be paid in full before the box is despatched)
The payment will be taken through PayPal.
We have done our upmost to ensure that all of the images and information on our website show a true impression of the boxes on offer.
We will personally inspect all our boxes for any damage before delivery, we also check all packaging for defects. We will then send you photographic evidence of this via email to confirm with you (the customer) we will not dispatch the box untill this has been agreed.
Once payment has been received we will arrange an appropriate delivery service, such as: special next day (UK) Express 24 (IRE) or DHL for further afield.
(Free shipping is only available to mainland UK excluding highlands and islands)
Whenever possible we will personally deliver your bespoke box.
We endevour to keep to delivery dates, especially if it for a special occasion.
If your box arrives in a damaged condition as a result of the delivery service, please contact the delivery service immediately to report the damage caused, and once you (the customer) have done this please contact us.
If you have decided to purchase a box from our online selection, please be aware that once the box has been purchased and the delivery is taken, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your box, we require the box to be returned to us in its orginal packaging and in a resaleable condition. This needs to be done within 7 days and a cover note to be attached explaining why you are dissatisfied with your purchase, to be eligable for a full refund.
Please note: That the box must be returned to us in the same condition as it was dispatched for the refund to take effect.
Please note: To return the box, postage will be at your own expense.
Our online credit card process is carried out by PayPal, these are a secure processor, this ensures all the customer details are encrypted and will never be disclosed to third parties. (All PayPal transactions are subject to the PayPal privacy policy) Also we will not approach you for your credit card details, if you believe you have received a fraudulant email please contact us immediately.
We at Bijoux-Box will not share any of your details with third parties in accordance with the current data protection laws.
We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any point without prior notice.
We reserve the right to refuse to serve anybody for any reason, which we do not need to disclose.
